Pick 3 of your favorite traits you listed yesterday. You are going to be describing, using examples from the text to support your answer, how your character has shown each of those traits.
Example:
Henry is a show off. He likes to use big words like precarious and cannibalism to show how smart he is even thought he knows his brothers may not know what those words mean.
he is bosy because he is always pushing his brothers around and telling them what to do.

Jack is pretty bossy since he is the youngest and nobody really listens to him. like when Jack wanted to go back to the house when it was getting dark on the first day the were trying to find Josie. He tried to boss Simon around because Simon wanted to stay.

ReplyDeleteShe knows that Josie is theirs she just wants to keep her and they said to check the collar and she just said that it is a stray and the only reason she gave her back is because she didn't want to get in trouble.
Jack: Stubborn, he is stubborn because on page 70 he says "The library?" Jack complained. "Its so quiet there." Back Talker, He wouldn't just let Delilah say what she wanted.

ReplyDeleteSimon is protective because on page 15 Simon snapped " Don't go off the trail Jack!". That shows him trying to protect Jack.
ReplyDeleteSimon is overprotective of his siblings, I can see why because Jack fell of a mountain.
ReplyDeleteHe is also bossy so that everything can/will go properly, he doesn't want to get lost, or anyone to get hurt.
hes mean because hes yelling at his mom saying that she stole their cat and she doesn't deserve it. and hes bossy because on page 16 and 17 hes pushing and shouting at henry trying to make scoot over
ReplyDeleteJack is brave because on page 4 it says 'He was hands down the bravest, not just little things like spiders, but about crashing his bike an jumping from high places.'
ReplyDeleteI chose the word independent because when Jack was looking for Josie, his brothers said to wait but he kept on going. I also chose worried because when he left the mountain he mentioned that he hopes that Josie doesn't get eaten by mountain lions.
ReplyDeleteHenry is very embarrassed of his height because "Henry is small and slight and jack is big and sturdy" people were always thinking around the same age.
