After reading the back and looking at the cover, what are your first thoughts and impressions about this book?

At the end of the book Elizabeth asked, "Just how much treasure do you think is down there?" and Reg answered, "Not as much as there is up here." What do you think Reg meant by that? Was he talking about actual treasure?
